Driving Tips:
Coming From the North:
If you are driving to Downtown Chicago from the North, take the Express Lanes if they are open, stay left to enter. You can take either the Express Lanes or the regular lanes to Ohio Street, AKA the Ohio Street feeder ramp, Exit on to Ohio St. Proceed straight on Ohio Street and cross Michigan Avenue, about 8 lights. Proceed straight, 2 additional blocks, to Fairbanks Ct and take a right. Drive 2 blocks south to Illinois St. Turn left on Illinois. There is a left turn arrow onto Illinois. Proceed 1/8 of a block after the turn. There is a tunnel that leads to the hotel check in. The Embassy Suites Hotel is located at the corner of Illinois St and Columbus Dr. Fairbanks Ct becomes Columbus Dr. at Illinois St.
Coming From the South:

Parking, Hotel Guests:
There are 2 options, Valet & Self Park. Both options come with In & Out privileges. Valet is $63 per night and Self Park is $43. Upon arrival, discuss your preference with the bellman. In some instances parking is added to your hotel bill and in others it is not. The bellman will explain it. You also want to have the appropriate exit cards if you Self Park.
Those Self Parking, after you get thru the turn style, turn left twice and proceed as far down as you can looking for a spot. The far wall has a bank of elevators that lead directly to the hotel lobby.
Parking, Non-Hotel Guests:
If you are coming and going on either Friday night or Saturday night, you’re looking at $38 if you Self Park in the Hotel garage.
